An attempt to receive and decode NOAA images using the EZCAP DVB basically a RF tuner with rtl2382u tuner chip. NOAA satellites are transmitting images on following frequencies
NOAA 15 – 137.620 MHz
NOAA 18 – 137.9125 MHz
NOAA 19 – 137.1 MHz
